For the beginner student or those that want a refresher, this course covers everything you need to know to ignite your yoga practice in only 5 sessions! We will cover a variety of yoga postures with an emphasis on optimal alignment and basic breathing techniques. Gain the confidence and know-how to move into a group class or kick start your practice again!

Meditation for Beginners

This is an online course taught by Annie Jacob and includes 5 different guided meditations with 5 warm-up sessions prior and includes lecture that covers everything you need to know to start and stick to a fulfilling meditation practice. Learn what meditation is, 5 different meditation techniques and their benefits, how to create a sacred meditation space, how to sit comfortably for meditation and how to establish a meditation schedule you can commit to!
